　　The Education Administration Specialized Committee of Chinese Society of Education is a national academic association that studies on the practice and theory of education administration, develops the science of education administration, and provides serves for education administrative organs at all levels to improve their administrative management and efficiency. Under the support of Chinese Society of Education and NAEA, the committee was formally approved by the Ministry of Civil Affairs Registration and Management Center, and secretariat of which is located at NAEA.

　　Our mission：①to study education administration theories and build an educational administrative science system with Chinese characteristics; ②to study the practical problems in the field of education administration, summarize the experience of educational administration, provide suggestions for the reform of educational administration, and give full play to the role of the advisory staff in the reform and innovation of educational administration；③to propagate and popularize the scientific theory and practical knowledge of the administration of education, to promote the comprehensive quality of education administrators, and enhance their consciousness and ability of scientific administration, democratic administration and administration according to law；④to gather and cultivate talents by organizing academic activities, to promote the construction of educational administrative scientific research and teaching team, and to promote the development of educational administration science education and improve the quality of scientific research; ⑤?to organize academic activities, carry out academic research, compile educational administration books and materials, and promote academic exchanges and development; ⑥?to carry out academic exchanges and friendly exchanges with foreign and overseas academic organizations and scholars in educational administration science, and expand the vision and achievements of educational administration research.

　　The committee adopts the organizational form of the Council. Members of the council include the relevant departments of the Ministry of education, the provincial and county educational administration departments, leaders of the relevant scientific research institutions, and famous scholars in the field of education administration. Members of the committee mainly are the provincial and county educational administration departments, the second largest group of the council are schools, educational research institutions and relevant enterprises; at the same time, the committee also welcomes individuals who are enthusiastic about the theory and practice of educational administration.
